We're thrilled to share some exciting news with you! After months of hard work and dedication, our team is ready to unveil our first (alpha) version of Jigo AI : a Copilot for contract analysis. The automated diligence AI tool for your contracts and agreements.
🚀What is Jigo AI
Jigo AI is an AI tool that helps startup founders conduct nonlegal (business & market) diligence on contracts within seconds. Startup founders can quickly scan for nonstandard terms and get the knowledge and market data needed to negotiate a fair deal.
Don't want to spend tens of thousands of dollars on contract review services or do you have an important contract where a second pair of eyes would be invaluable?
Jigo's basic feature works with any contract, but the more advanced features only works with 'startup investment contracts'. We plan to add our advanced features to other contracts - NDAs, sales contracts, vendor agreements and employment contracts- in the near future.
🌟 Key Features
- Know your terms: Jigo identifies key terms in the contract, provides easy to understand explanations in plain English, along with URLs to sites with more relevant information.
- Chat with your contract: Ask Jigo about the contract via a chat interface. Jigo has read the contract so you don't have to read and memorize the entire contract. Jigo chat can support 11 languages including Korean.
- Know the market for your terms : Market data that is relevant to the identified terms is gathered from across the web and 3rd party sources, and provided to help you understand the market and measure against your terms. *currently available for 'startup investment contracts' only
- Identify Red Flags: Jigo will identify terms in the contracts that are considered nonstandard or red flags (Uncommon) based on market data or statistical data from other contracts. *currently available for 'startup investment contracts only'
🌈 Ready to Explore Jigo AI?
As of today, you can try out Jigo as a guest (non-registered user) with your contract that is 5 pages or less, or you can upload our sample contract. Once you register, the contract page limit will increase to 10 pages and the 'chat with your contract' feature will be enabled, along with your account's 'contract analysis history page'
